The Ushers represent the Church in a visible manner, and help set the tone in preparation for the worship service, as well as assist with the smooth operation within the service. As Vatican II calls for the involved in different ministries – a living out of our Baptismal vocation, service as a Church Hospitality, Ushering is a special opportunity to offer your time, interest and support to our Parish. The Ushers are often the first persons the worshipers meet when they arrive at the entrance of the Church; therefore, welcoming parishioners and making them feel at home is one-way Church Hospitality Ushers help in building the Church.
